Interactive demo

Messages entered into the interactive AI demo are sent to a server-side AI service so a response can be generated. They are used for the live demonstration and are not submitted to Enqivo through the contact form or written into a real client CRM. Please do not enter sensitive or confidential information into the public demo.

Contact form

The contact form is processed through Formspree so Enqivo can receive and respond to demo requests. Information you submit may include your name, business name, email address and the enquiry text you choose to provide.

Live client systems

A live client deployment may process customer enquiry information such as names, contact details and service requests. Each live deployment should use appropriate privacy information, access controls, retention rules and data-processing arrangements for that business.

AI responses

The public demonstration uses an AI model behind a server-side endpoint. It is instructed to answer approved business and routine questions, collect useful lead details and hand restricted decisions to staff or a manager instead of inventing an answer.

How long we keep enquiries

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up on the business conversation and maintain appropriate business records. Form submissions should be reviewed and deleted when they are no longer needed.
